No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the customer has taken possession of the product, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

- Claims raised after the delivery representative has left the premises
Replacement Conditions
Replacement may be considered in the following cases only:
1. Physical Damage on Open-Box Verification
If physical damage (cracked screen, dented body, broken parts) is identified during the open-box verification process in the presence of our delivery representative, we will arrange a replacement.
2. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)
If the device fails to power on or has a critical defect that prevents basic operation, identified at the time of delivery, we will arrange a replacement or escalate with the brand.
3. Manufacturing Defects
Valid manufacturing defects recognized and confirmed by the respective manufacturer/brand service center may qualify for replacement or warranty service as per the brand's policy.

Open-Box Verification Process
Our open-box verification process is designed to protect you:
- Complete Payment First โ Payment must be completed before the box is opened.
- Open in Presence of Delivery Rep โ The box must be opened while the delivery representative is present.
- Inspect Immediately โ Check for physical damage, missing accessories, and that the correct model was delivered.
- Report Instantly โ Any issue must be reported immediately before the delivery representative leaves.
- No Delayed Claims โ Claims raised after the delivery rep has left will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend recording the unboxing process as additional protection.
Manufacturer Warranty
Every brand-new phone sold by Mahavir Mobile Shop comes with the manufacturer's official warranty.

- Warranty claims must be processed through the brand's authorized service centers
- Physical damage, water damage, and misuse are typically not covered under warranty

Governing Law
This Refund & Replacement Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Mahavir Mobile Shop reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
